Quantity Surveyor

Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Manchester to work on a variety of projects. This role would suit an ambitious, driven Quantity Surveyor looking to progress their career and run their own projects. With a strong pipeline of work, this is a great time to join the team. Responsibilities: Manage all costs relating to construction projects, from initial estimates through to final accounts. Prepare and maintain cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure efficient project delivery. Prepare bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and tender documentation. Analyse and evaluate contractor quotations and tenders. Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveying JCT and NEC knowledge Previous experience working for a main contractor as a Quantity Surveyor Ability to work on own as well as part of a team To be able to travel to development sites as and when required Full UK driving licence Benefits: Car allowance or company vehicle How to apply: Please submit an up to date copy of your CV and one of the team will be in contact to discuss further
