Linear are working alongside an estblished construction company looking to hire a Project Manager with a strong background in Groundworks The ideal Project Manager will possess a thorough understanding of timber-frame construction methods and building regulations Strong project management expertise is essential, including experience in scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and quality control within a construction environment. Qualifications Relevant construction-related qualification (e.g., Level 4 Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent experience) Proven experience managing timber-frame or modular construction projects Certification or training in Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications Full, clean driving licence to support site visits and client meetings This role requires travel to office in Doncaster as well as nationwide travel. There is also the option of Working from home. Car + Fuel car is provided
