Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year (dependent on experience) Employment Type: Permanent Location: Harrogate Are you looking to join a dynamic and collaborative team, working on both residential and commercial design projects? We are currently seeking an Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our clients team in Harrogate and contribute to a variety of challenging projects. You will be an excellent designer who is driven, well-organised, thoughtful, and have extensive experience working with multiple clients and design teams on complex projects. The Part 2 Architectural Assistant will ideally have the following attributes: RIBA Part 2 registered is essential Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary design team on large / multiple projects Proficiency in Revit would be highly desirable, alongside other industry standard software’s Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Assist in developing design concepts and detailed architectural solutions. Produce detailed drawings, models, and visualisations.
