p We are looking for an experienced strong CSA Senior Quantity Surveyor /strong to join our team and play a key role in the commercial management and successful delivery of major construction projects. /p p This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong strong Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) /strong experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and forward-thinking organisation. /p p br /p p strong The Role /strong /p p As CSA Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers. /p p br /p p strong Key responsibilities include: /strong /p ul li Managing project costs, budgets and forecasts. /li li Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations and payment applications. /li li Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts. /li li Monitoring project financial performance and reporting on commercial progress. /li li Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities. /li li Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. /li li Supporting tendering, estimating and procurement activities. /li li Leading final accounts and commercial close-out. /li li Working collaboratively with the wider project and delivery teams. /li /ul p br /p p strong About You /strong /p p We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: /p ul li Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working with a strong Tier One contractor on large scale, high value schemes. /strong /li li Strong commercial and contractual knowledge. /li li Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains. /li li Excellent negotiation and communication skills. /li li Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. /li li The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. /li li Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline. /li li Experience with major construction projects would be advantageous. /li /ul p br /p p What We Offer /p p br /p ul li Competitive salary and benefits package. /li li Opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects. /li li Supportive and collaborative working environment. /li /ul p br /p
