We are seeking a Mid- or Senior-level Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician with strong UK project experience across sectors including healthcare, industrial, and commercial. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking not only to deliver technically complex projects, but also to step into a more senior, leadership-focused role with responsibility for mentoring junior staff and shaping project delivery standards.
The Role
You will take a leading role in the technical delivery of projects, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant and buildable design solutions from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and construction documentation
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members
- Oversee BIM coordination and maintain technical quality standards
- Manage project programmes, resources, and client relationships
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and best practice
- Support efficient, coordinated project delivery across all stages

- Strong Revit and BIM capability
