Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and construction documentation.
• Oversee BIM coordination and technical quality standards.
• Manage project programmes, resources, and client relationships.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice construction solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Chartered (MCIAT) preferred.
• Extensive experience with UK building regulations and complex projects.
• Strong Revit and BIM management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

We are seeking a Mid or Senior level Architectural Technician with experience of running jobs in sectors including, Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial. This role will also be a leadership role where will be involved in development of junior staff.
