A well established architectural practice is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Architectural Technician to support a growing workload across a diverse range of projects including Healthcare, Commercial, Education and Residential schemes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Technician who enjoys taking ownership of projects, producing detailed technical information, and working closely with clients and consultants.
Newcastle upon Tyne.

Competitive hourly rate (DOE).
Freelance / Contract position.
Hybrid & flexible working available.
✏️ Revit-focused role with BIM coordination responsibilities.
Varied project portfolio across all RIBA stages.
Immediate or short-notice start preferred.
Potential for ongoing contract work.
Key requirements:
✔ Proven experience within a UK architectural practice.
✔ Strong technical detailing and Building Regulations knowledge.
✔ Proficient in Revit with BIM experience.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines.
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
