We have an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as an Estimator to work in their offices in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
- Review and summarise tender documents for effective internal and external communication.
- Produce professional documentation to establish clear tender baselines.
- Carry out measurement and scheduling of construction works.
- Review and evaluate subcontractors based on cost and value.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the refurb or fit-out industry.
- A minimum of 4 years' estimating experience.
- Experience with JCT/NEC contracts.
- Full UK driving licence.
- To be able to travel to sites in the North West of England.
