Overview: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a specialist infrastructure team delivering technically complex projects, with a strong focus on EV charging infrastructure and secure public-sector sites . The Contracts Manager will oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of multiple projects, managing obligations, risks and delivery. The role would suit candidates from an M&E, electrical, infrastructure, construction or similar technical background. Some projects may require higher levels of security clearance . Manage contractual aspects of projects from award through to completion. Provide contractual support to Project Managers and delivery teams. Monitor variations, change control, claims, risks and contract performance. Report contractual risks, opportunities and financial performance to senior management. Support tenders, bids and framework opportunities. Ensure health, safety and compliance requirements are incorporated into projects. Support continuous improvement across contract management and project delivery. Proven Contracts Manager or similar experience. Experience in M&E, electrical infrastructure, EV charging, construction, civil engineering or a related sector. Knowledge of NEC and other standard forms of contract. Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing contractual risks, variations and claims. Competent with contract management systems and Microsoft Office. SMSTS or equivalent desirable. Full UK driving licence. Ability to obtain required security clearance where necessary. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
