We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Facades Site Manager to join a live high-rise residential scheme in North London. This is a key role focused on overseeing retained brick façade works and ensuring compliance with fire safety and quality assurance standards.
Role Overview:
Oversee site activities for the retained brick façade construction phase.
Coordinate and supervise façade subcontractors and ensure alignment with the programme.
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with fire safety regulations and building control requirements.
Implement and maintain robust QA procedures and site reporting.
Liaise with the wider project team to resolve issues and maintain progress on site.
Requirements:
Strong track record managing façade packages on high-rise or complex building projects.
Proven knowledge of retained brick façade systems and structural interfaces.
Good understanding of fire safety compliance, particularly for high-rise developments.
Experience delivering to quality assurance and documentation standards.
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications essential.
