Following continued project growth, our client, a well-established and forward-thinking architecture practice based in Durham, is looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist to join their team. Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Revit (essential).
- CIAT-accredited or working towards MCIAT.
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
- Experience working within a BIM-led environment.
- Ability to coordinate information across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong technical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
The Role
As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering technical excellence across a range of projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information using Revit.
- Developing and managing BIM models in line with project standards.
