About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll support project teams, manage office systems, and ensure that documentation and communication processes are efficient and compliant. Experience in document control within a construction or engineering environment is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team and senior management
Organise and maintain project documentation, drawings, and records
Act as a document controller, ensuring version control and proper archiving
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Manage office supplies, schedules, and filing systems
