- Operational Leadership: Drive day-to-day delivery across 12D, 12AB, utilities, and major schemes, ensuring absolute service excellence.

- Commercial & KPI Management: Deliver operations within strict budgets, identifying margin-improvement opportunities whilst tracking high-performing operational KPIs.
- HSEQ & Compliance: Foster a flawless safety culture, working alongside the HSEQ Director to ensure strict alignment with Chapter 8, Sector Schemes, and Working Time Regulations.
