Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Site Manager with the daily management and coordination of site operations. Monitoring build progress against programme and ensuring agreed deadlines are achieved. Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the development. Carrying out quality inspections and helping ensure homes meet required specifications. Coordinating subcontractors, trades and materials to maintain an efficient workflow. Assisting with site inspections, reporting and resolving any issues that arise during construction. Helping deliver a high-quality product for both private purchasers and Housing Association clients. Contributing to a positive, organised and productive site environment.
