Freelance Site Administrator – Bedlington & Sunderland Freelance | Immediate Start | 4–5 Week Contract Linear Recruitment are working with a well-established construction contractor who require an experienced Site Administrator to provide short-term support across two live construction projects in the North East. The role will initially be based on a site in Bedlington for approximately 2 weeks, before moving to a site in Sunderland for a further 2–3 weeks. The Role You'll be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the site management team, ensuring documentation is kept up to date and site operations run smoothly. Responsibilities General site administration and office support Maintaining site records and documentation Managing inductions and site personnel records Filing health & safety documentation Ordering office supplies and PPE where required Updating spreadsheets, trackers and project information Answering telephone and email enquiries Supporting the Site Manager and wider project team with administrative tasks Requirements Previous experience as a Site Administrator within the construction industry Strong organisational and administrative skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Available to start immediately What's on Offer Freelance contract with an immediate start Approximately 4–5 weeks' work 2 weeks based in Bedlington, followed by 2–3 weeks in Sunderland Competitive hourly or daily rate, dependent on experience
