We are seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day operation of a busy site in Bacton, Norwich. Working hours can be flexible to suit the candidate. This will be a long term assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth site operations.
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and compliance logs.
- Ensure all compliance certificates and documentation are up to date and filed in line with the premises management plan.
- Manage site supplies, equipment, and vendor/contractor communications.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
- Support internal and external communications as required.
- Work in accordance with company health and safety policies to ensure the safety of all employees and visitors on site.
- Undertake additional administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience:
