We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager (Internals) to work on a high-rise project in Manchester city centre on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have previous multi room experience with a focus on internal packages including kitchens, bathrooms, dry lining, joinery, fire stopping etc. You will work alongside colleagues to drive jobs on site while maintaining high standards of health and safety, maintaining excellent record keeping, and keeping clients regularly updated on progress.

Requirements:
* Management of internal packages including: Kitchens; Bathrooms; Dry lining; Flooring; Joinery; Fire stopping.
* Work on quality assurance / control.
* Coordinate and manage trades / subcontractors.
* Ensure all operational and client requirements are met in a timely manner.
* Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
* Induct new employees / subcontractors and follow up with toolbox talks.
* Identify, review and implement the clientβs critical factors for the project.
