A well established architectural practice is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Architectural Technician to support a growing workload across a diverse range of projects including Healthcare, Commercial, Education and Residential schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Technician who enjoys taking ownership of projects, producing detailed technical information, and working closely with clients and consultants.

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience within a UK architectural practice.
  • Strong technical detailing and Building Regulations knowledge.
  • Proficient in Revit with BIM experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Competitive hourly rate (DOE). Freelance / Contract position. Hybrid & flexible working available. Immediate or short-notice start preferred. Potential for ongoing contract work.
