Our client is a well-established, design-led architectural practice specialising in high-end residential projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Junior Architectural Technologist to join their talented Manchester-based team.

The Role
Working alongside experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists, you'll support the delivery of prestigious residential projects from concept through to construction. This role offers genuine career progression, mentoring, and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all RIBA stages.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of technical drawings and construction packages.
- Support the delivery of projects through planning and technical design stages.
- Produce accurate drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Work closely with senior team members to develop technical solutions.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and clients where required.
- Ensure drawings comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
- Attend project and site meetings when necessary.
About You
- Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years' experience within an architectural practice (graduates with relevant placement experience will also be considered).
- Experience using AutoCAD is essential; Revit experience would be advantageous.
- A genuine interest in high-end residential architecture.
- Strong technical understanding and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.
