This is a strong opportunity to join a well-regarded platform with a broad investment mandate, offering exposure to a wide range of GP-led and LP-led transactions across private equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation and execution of secondaries transactions across GP-led and LP-led opportunities
- Take ownership of financial modelling, including fund and portfolio-level analysis
- Lead detailed due diligence on underlying portfolios, managers, and assets
- Analyse fund structures, cash flows, and return profiles to support investment decisions
- Prepare and present investment materials, including investment memos and IC papers
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the full deal lifecycle
- Support portfolio management and monitoring of existing investments
- Contribute to origination efforts and broader market coverage
- Manage multiple workstreams across live transactions
- Mentor and support junior team members
Requirements
- 3-6 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, secondaries, or a related field
- Strong academic background from a leading university
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skillset
- Solid understanding of private equity, fund structures, and secondaries dynamics
- Experience across M&A, leveraged finance, or investing environments
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to assess opportunities independently
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets
- Clear communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Genuine interest in private markets and secondaries
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
