Industrials Investment Banking - Vice President (M&A) - Tier 1 US Investment Bank (London Area)

Linear Partners are helping a leading US Investment Bank in their search for a Vice President to join their Industrials team in London.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of M&A transactions
• Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
• Building detailed financial models and using various valuation techniques
• Conduct industry and company research to identify strategic opportunities and support transaction ideas.

Requirements:

• 6-9 years M&A experience in Investment Banking focussed on Industrials or adject sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
