Consumer & Retail Investment Banking - Analyst (M&A) - Tier 1 Investment Bank

Linear Partners are working with a leading Investment Bank in their search for an Analyst to join their Consumer & Retail team in London.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the execution of M&A transactions within the C&R sector.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support transaction processes.
• Conduct preparation and review of materials including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of deals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor\’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking/M&A, private equity, or corporate M&A.
• Strong financial acumen: Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
