Whether youre already an experienced multi-drop driver or youve got a car and want to get into delivery work, wed be interested in hearing from you. What can you earn? We pay 90p per successfully completed parcel, so the more parcels you complete, the more you can earn. 100 parcels = £90(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive! 140 parcels = £126(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive! 180 parcels = £162(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive! 200 parcels = £180(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive! 220 parcels = £198(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive! Realistic earning potential of £900+ a week Monthly bonus / Performance opportunities: We also want to reward drivers who consistently do a great job. Were looking to introduce monthly performance bonuses for drivers who are reliable, look after their parcels and customers, and consistently complete their routes to a high standard. As the operation grows, we want the drivers who help us build it to benefit too. Less travelling before you start delivering We want you spending more of your day delivering rather than making unnecessary trips backwards and forwards to the depot. If your allocated delivery area is more than 10 miles from our Barnsley depot, well bring your sorted parcels to an agreed local handover point closer to your route. Meet us there, load your parcels and get straight out delivering. For delivery areas within 10 miles of the depot, routes will be collected directly from our Barnsley site. Compact local routes Were aiming to keep routes tight and focused around allocated postcode areas rather than sending you all over Sheffield. If youre new to multi-drop, thats not a problem. Were not expecting someone who has never done this before to suddenly take 200 stops on their first day. Well look at your experience, your vehicle and what youre comfortable with and build from there. Cars and vans welcome You dont necessarily need a van. If you have a suitable car, we can look at routes that work with your vehicle and capacity. If youre an experienced multi-drop driver with a van and want larger routes, wed like to hear from you too. Youll need: * Your own car or van * A full UK driving licence * Appropriate courier/delivery insurance * A smartphone with mobile data * To be reliable, organised and comfortable working independently Previous multi-drop experience is useful, but it isnt essential. Were looking for regular drivers Work is expected to be available Monday to Saturday, depending on customer volumes. We want to build a good core group of regular subcontractors who get to know their areas and want to grow with the operation. If youre reliable and consistently do a good job, we want to keep offering you regular routes as volumes grow. A couple of things to know Pay is 90p per successfully completed delivery stop. If multiple parcels are delivered to the same address, they count as one delivery stop. This is a self-employed subcontractor opportunity, so youll be responsible for your own vehicle, fuel/electricity, insurance and tax. Interested?
