Programme Manager, SAP Success Factors, Central London, £(Apply online only) per day. Outside IR35. Hybrid Working Available.

We are pleased to commence the recruitment process for a Programme Manager to join a specialist insurance sector business based in the City of London.

With approximately 400 staff, including affiliates and representatives and their teams located throughout the UK, the growing business is dedicated to enhancing their business operations by improving HR processes.

They are currently seeking a Programme Manager to join them on an initial 12-month contract, with an urgent remit to lead post-implementation remediation for their recently integrated HCM system, SAP Success Factors.

The Programme Manager will join the business as part of a wider CEO-sponsored transformation initiative which spans IT, HR, and Finance functions.

The SAP Success Factors Programme Manager position will play a critical role in establishing best practices within the business, and improving the end user uptake of the new HCM and related processes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver remediation and change, ensuring the SAP Success Factors platform aligns closely with the business needs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering projects or programmes on a large enterprise scale, with a user base of approximately 400 staff.
  • Experience in HCM / HR transformation project or programme management, alongside broader project and programme management expertise.
  • Proficiency in programme management best practices, including PRINCE2, Agile, and waterfall methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing large-scale post-implementation changes, with a focus on Programme Recovery and Remediation.
  • Experience in managing projects across multiple locations.
  • Ability to effectively engage with system implementation partners and system integrators.
