In line with their growth plans, they are now looking to add further experienced professionals to their Board as Non-Executive Directors. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our client towards achieving its strategic goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader with strong business direction, strategic management and leadership skills to make a meaningful impact to the company.
Duties
- Develop and implement organisational strategies, policies, and programmes aligned with the organisations mission.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring a high standard of performance and professional development.

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and funding requirements.

- Foster a positive organisational culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and accountability.
Experience

Involvement as an NED:
- Attend 10-12 board meetings per annum
- Regular board meetings are generally half a day in duration
- Regular strategy days once a quarter, and a conference annually
- Ad hoc meetings may be held as needed during the year
