In the UK we have 13 locations with approximately 1,500 employees working on sites with port operations, warehouses and transportation services.
This role is an exciting opportunity to drive recruitment for key operational roles—such as warehouse staff, managers, customer service and maintenance engineers—while also supporting professional hiring when needed. Looking ahead, this position has the potential to expand into a European‑wide scope, giving you the chance to broaden your impact across borders. As a hybrid position, you’ll enjoy a flexible mix of home‑based work and time spent at our sites, with the closest site being Hams‑hall. You’ll have real autonomy over your travel schedule and will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality, end‑to‑end recruitment service—from intake meetings with hiring managers to sourcing, screening and onboarding top talent.
As part of our European Talent Acquisition team, you’ll
- Partner with hiring managers across the UK to recruit for roles in Operations (warehouse, transport, maintenance)
- Collaborate with human resources leadership and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that promote diversity and ensure best practices
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies that build top‑talent pipeline and enable meeting current and forecasted regional needs
- Play a critical role in developing our employer brand by ensuring a high‑quality recruitment service for hiring managers and candidates
- Use our CRM Phenom to manage pipelines and reporting
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable generating candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed or other job boards and attending recruitment events
- Experience managing operational recruitment within warehousing, logistics or transport, with volume recruitment highly beneficial
- Enjoy building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Screen candidates to ensure great fit for our culture
- Manage workload through recruitment systems (Workday or Phenom advantageous)
- Create and maintain various reports relating to the recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
- Ability to work remotely and be self‑driven to complete tasks without supervision
- Driver’s licence and own car
