Shift Available: Monday – Friday working on days (Some early starts around 03:00)
Rate of Pay: £15.01 per hour for hours worked up to 39 hours each week. Any hours worked over 39 hours each week will be paid at time and a half.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the vehicle is legal and roadworthy at all times – all daily checks are completed, and any vehicle defects are reported.
- Ensure the correct goods have been loaded and are secure before moving the vehicle.
- Carry out trunking and multi‑drop deliveries in a timely manner and in accordance with the law (including drivers working time regulations).
- Double‑check deliveries with the customer whilst providing a polite and helpful experience.
- Obtain relevant signatures and paperwork before returning to your home depot.
What are we looking for?
- Someone with a C+E driving licence, a valid in‑date DigiTacho and CPC.
- Previous Class 1 driving experience.
- Someone who can lift up to 18 kg.
- Be able to communicate clearly with other team members in English.
