Responsibilities
- Team Supervision & Development - Lead, train, and coach your team while providing regular performance feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Operational Oversight - Organise workloads and assign duties to ensure the efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Stock & Inventory Control - Manage the organisation of stock and maintain accurate warehouse inventory using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Planning & Reporting - Plan resource requirements for daily job assignments and keep accurate records of KPIs. Send regular reports to operations leadership.
- Health & Safety Focus - Ensure all safety standards are met when working with machinery and material handling equipment.
- Effective Communication - Act as a point of contact for your team, resolving issues and ensuring open, clear communication across all levels of the business. You will be working in temperatures of around -20 degrees, but we’ll provide you with the personal protective equipment to keep you warm.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
- Coldstore experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Comfortable using WMS to track stock and support operations.
- Strong conflict management skills — calm under pressure and focused on fair outcomes.
- Clear and confident communication in English with all team members.
- Flexibility to support shift changes when needed.
