The role
We seek a Procurement Analyst Associate to join our European team at Heywood. This role supports procurement activities across Europe, reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager. It is suited for someone familiar with procurement processes eager to learn more. We provide full support, training, and flexible working arrangements, including partial remote work.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily procurement queries and support managers
- Manage RFP processes: prepare, evaluate, and submit
- Collaborate with suppliers, support onboarding, and resolve queries
- Negotiate and manage supplier agreements and contracts
- Source vendors, assess strategic alignment, and evaluate product/service terms
- Process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Utilize Smart sheets and Workday for catalog setup and sourcing
- Coordinate with the business to understand procurement needs
