Yearsley Food is a leading frozen food specialist, supplying a wide range of products across retail, foodservice, wholesale and export markets. We're now looking for an Office Manager to play a central role in supporting and enabling our Food leadership team.
The role is a trusted, highly visible position at the heart of the Food function. You'll act as the organisational backbone of the business, working closely with the Vice President β Food to bring structure, coordination and clarity across commercial, operational and people activity. It's a role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is naturally calm, organised and solution-focused.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as a close operational partner to the VP Food, supporting priorities, planning, reporting and follow-up
- Coordinating leadership meetings, reporting rhythms and key business communications
- Owning core office and business governance processes, including audits, controls and SOX-related activity
- Producing sales, margin and KPI reporting, highlighting risks and discrepancies
- Overseeing rebates, invoice approvals, cost centres and spend authorisation
- Acting as a key point of contact between Food, Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain
- Line managing and developing an office/support team of 4 colleagues
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and continuous improvement across the Food Sales function

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a business support role within a commercial or operational environment
- Strong understanding of finance, reporting and governance processes
- Experience working closely with senior leaders in a high-trust role
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities calmly
- A pragmatic problem-solver who knows how to get things done and improve ways of working
