Lineage Logistics is recruiting a Team Leader for our Bristol Portbury depot.
You will oversee a night shift Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00, report to the shift manager, and lead a small team to ensure accurate stock flow and safe operations.
You will drive end-to-end warehouse performance, plan daily tasks, and maintain strong communication across shifts while prioritising safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
