Lineage is the world’s largest temperature-controlled logistics provider, helping move food from farms to dinner tables across 20 countries. Part of Lineage, Yearsley Food Sales works directly with frozen food customers to supply wholesalers, restaurants, retailers, schools, hospitals and more. We are looking for a proactive and organised Import Support Administrator to join our Food Sales team in Heywood. This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of the business, offering excellent opportunities for career development. Full in-house training will be provided.
The Role
- Managing orders from purchase order through to delivery.
- Liaising with suppliers, agents and internal teams.
- Tracking shipments and checking import documentation.
- Running sales and supplier reports.
- Resolving day-to-day delivery and order issues.
- Coordinating with Accounts to ensure timely invoice payments.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and finalising costings.
- General office administration duties.
What We’re Looking For
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisation, communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Enthusiastic, flexible and willing to learn.
- Clean driving licence and own car (essential due to location).
