Due to continued business growth and increasing customer demand, we are currently looking for Case Pickers to join our team at our Holmewood, Chesterfield facility.
As a Case Picker, you will be responsible for accurately picking frozen food products ready for distribution to our customers.
Shift Pattern: Working Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 18:00-06:00, and 1x Saturday 18:00-06:00 every 2 weeks.
Rate of Pay: £13.32 per hour plus £55.00 per week shift allowance, paid weekly.
The Role
- Pick frozen food products accurately using a Bluetooth voice-controlled headset.
- Work in our frozen warehouse, maintained at approximately -20°C.
- Be provided with full PPE, including a freezer coat, salopettes, freezer spec safety boots, hat and gloves, to keep you warm and comfortable throughout your shift.
- Spend most of your shift on your feet, walking around the warehouse and manually handling cases of frozen products.
- Lift products weighing up to approximately 18kg - 25kg.
- Record picked quantities using site-specific equipment to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Report any damaged products to the Inventory Team or your Supervisor.
- Work safely at all times, following site health and safety procedures.

- Are comfortable carrying out a physically demanding role, including regular walking, lifting and manual handling.
- Can communicate clearly in English with colleagues and through the Bluetooth voice picking system.

- Are reliable, hardworking and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Full training will be provided on any of our warehouse equipment that is needed for your role.
