HGV Class 2 Rigid Driver - Days in Bellshill

To support customer demand, we are currently seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver at our Bellshill depot.

Shift Available: Working Monday - Friday on Days

Rate of pay: £15.28 per hour

Overtime after 39 hours each week are paid at time and a half.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the vehicle is legal and roadworthy at all times - all daily checks are completed, and any vehicle defects are reported.

Ensure the correct goods have been loaded and are secure before moving the vehicle.

Carry out trunking and multi-drop deliveries in a timely manner and in accordance with the law (including drivers working time regulations).

Double check deliveries with the customer whilst providing a polite and helpful experience. Obtain relevant signatures and paperwork before returning to your home depot.

What are we looking for?

Someone with a C+E driving licence, a valid in date DigiTacho and CPC.

Previous Class 2 driving experience.

Someone who can lift up to 18kg.

You to be able to communicate clearly with other team members in English.
