Shift Available: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30. This site is a 24/7 facility, and this role will require some flexibility to work different shift patterns as and when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support operational QHSSE activities, including maintaining the Food Safety Management System, assisting with audits, managing incidents, and resolving quality or safety issues.
- Apply Lineage SIS safety standards, support annual safety audits, contribute to safety training, and assist with risk assessments and Process Safety Management requirements.
- Ensure compliance with security and environmental regulations, including AEO/ISPS standards, access control, CCTV, emergency procedures, permits, and chemical handling.
- Collect, analyse, and present QHSSE data, stay up to date with legislation, and support continuous improvement, regional projects, and standardisation efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, BD, Procurement and other functions, and support the Regional QHSSE Manager during audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in cold-store operations (around -18°C) or in QHSSE roles, with strong knowledge of local and EU HSE laws and cold-store processes.
- Clear and effective communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform well in a fast-moving environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong drive for results and quality.
- Strong teamwork, the ability to influence others, and awareness of broader organisational needs.
