Linea is seeking an experienced Deputy Head of Estates to lead and develop a large, multidisciplinary estates and hard FM service across acute healthcare sites in the North West.
The role is interim-to-permanent, initially 6 months on an inside IR35 umbrella arrangement.
Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will manage day-to-day operations, oversee contractors, ensure statutory compliance, and support the Estates strategy with service improvements.
