We are currently supporting a large Hospice in London with the appointment of a senior nursing professional, who will provide confident and compassionate operational leadership to the Inpatients Unit. Guiding a skilled and dedicated team to deliver holistic, high quality palliative care to patients and their families.
We are looking for an inspiring and forward thinking leader who puts patients at the heart of every decision and empowers the team to do the same. Direct management and motivation of the In-Patient Palliative Care Unit including but not limited to; Recruitment, induction.
You will work closely with the Head of Inpatient Services and Nurse Consultant to shape a positive, high performing culture rooted in the organisation's core values and a shared commitment to excellence.
