Quality Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

1. Be key point of contact for allocated customers
2. Generate and distribute FAIRs
3. Review and update FMEAs and control plans with a cross-functional team
4. Review and close customer complaints promptly
5. Undertake internal audits and data recording
6. Generate quality reporting and documentation

What you will bring to the role:

1. Quality engineering experience from a fast-paced assembly environment
2. Generation and management of FAIRs
3. Experience performing and hosting quality audits
4. Experience using quality tools, techniques and processes such as FMEA, CAPAs, 8Ds, 5Ys, control plans etc
5. Management and writing of quality documentation and QMS updates
