What you’ll be doing:
- Be quality dept point of contact for allocated customers
- Review and update FMEAs and control plans with a cross- functional team
- Review and close customer complaints promptly
- Undertake internal audits and data recording
- Generate internal and external quality reporting and documentation
What you will bring to the role:
- Quality engineering experience from a fast-paced regulated assembly environment
- Experience performing and hosting quality audits
- Experience using quality tools, techniques and processes such as FMEA, CAPAs, 8Ds, 5Ys, control plans etc
- Management and writing of quality documentation and QMS updates
