We are working with a well-established M&E contractor specialising in high-end commercial fit-out projects across Central London. Due to a strong pipeline of CAT A and CAT B schemes, they are looking to appoint an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing delivery team.
Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC delivery on CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects
- Oversee programme, cost control, quality, and health & safety
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Attend and lead progress meetings with clients and consultants
- Manage commissioning, snagging, and final handover processes
- Work closely with the wider M&E and construction teams on site
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager within commercial fit-out
- Strong background delivering CAT A and CAT B projects
- Experience working on Central London projects
- Good technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- SMSTS / CSCS (or equivalent) preferred
