A leading commercial fit out contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value CAT A & CAT B projects ranging from £5–10m across the commercial sector.
This role offers full project ownership from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams on fast-paced, design-led schemes.
The Role
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial fit out projects valued £5–£10m
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Manage programme, cost control, variations and risk
- Chair client, consultant and progress meetings
- Oversee design coordination, procurement and buildability
- Drive quality, health & safety and timely handover
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit out sector
- Track record delivering CAT A / CAT B projects in the £5–10m range
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and fast-track programmes
- SMSTS / CSCS required
