We are working with a well-established and growing Electrical Contractor delivering large-scale residential developments across London and the South East. Their client portfolio includes leading developers such as Berkeley Group, Barratt Homes and Weston Homes.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential schemes.
The Role:
As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will oversee site teams, manage programme, ensure quality and compliance, and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing multiple large-scale residential developments
- Managing Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontract labour
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Attending client and progress meetings
- Managing procurement and subcontractor packages
- Driving health & safety and quality standards across all sites
- Reporting into senior leadership on programme and commercial performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager
- Strong background delivering large-scale residential projects
- Experience working with major developers (e.g. Berkeley, Barratt, Weston or similar)
- Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills
- Excellent client-facing and leadership abilities
