We are working with a well-established retail fit out contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver fast-paced retail fit out projects across the London and South East region.
This role would suit a Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a strong track record delivering multiple retail schemes to programme and budget.
The Role:
- Managing retail fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Project values typically ranging from £200k – £500k
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Managing programmes, budgets, and cost control
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and consultants
- Ensuring H&S, quality, and compliance are maintained on all projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering retail fit out projects (£200k – £500k)
- Strong understanding of fast-track retail programmes
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
