We are working with a leading high-end residential contractor delivering bespoke, luxury homes across London. Due to the award of a prestigious West London project, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship residential fit out.
This role would suit a Project Manager with a strong background in prime or super-prime residential, who understands the detail, craftsmanship and client management required on high-spec projects.
The Role:
- Full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of a high-end residential fit out project
- Manage programme, cost, quality and health & safety throughout the build
- Coordinate specialist subcontractors, consultants and designers
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, architect and professional team
- Drive exceptional standards of workmanship and finish
- Oversee procurement, variations, reporting and commercial performance
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to exacting standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within high-end or prime residential fit out
- Track record delivering projects typically valued between £5m–£10m
- Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, bespoke joinery and specialist trades
- Excellent client-facing skills and attention to detail
