About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to oversee CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects in the heart of London’s financial district (Bank). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking and reputable M&E contractor with a strong pipeline of high‑spec projects.
You will be responsible for managing electrical works from pre‑construction through to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of CAT A and B electrical fit‑out projects
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and project specifications
- Monitor progress, manage snagging, and lead final handover process
- Produce and maintain project documentation including RAMS, progress reports, and commissioning schedules
- Manage budgets and project timelines effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience managing electrical packages on CAT A / B commercial fit‑out projects
- Strong knowledge of building services and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience working in fast‑paced central London environments (ideally Bank or City)
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Relevant electrical qualifications (time served electrician, HNC / HND preferred
