We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor delivering complex hospital and healthcare projects across London and the South East. This role will see you taking full responsibility for electrical packages on live hospital environments, including refurbishment, plant upgrades, new build wards, theatres and critical infrastructure works.
The Role
- Managing electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Overseeing site teams including Supervisors, Engineers and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely within live hospital environments
- Managing programmes, procurement and budgets
- Liaising with clients, consultants and principal contractors
- Coordinating commissioning, QA documentation and O&M handover
Projects typically range from £1m - £15m in value.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
- Strong background delivering hospital / healthcare projects
- Experience working in live environments (essential)
- Good understanding of HTM standards and healthcare compliance
- Strong commercial awareness and reporting skills
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid
