Linea Recruitment are currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer on behalf of a specialist MEP Contractor delivering high-profile CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects across London. This opportunity is available on either a permanent or freelance basis.
The Role
- Mechanical design of commercial fit-out projects
- HVAC system design
- Plantroom design
- Pipework and ventilation design
- Production of calculations and technical submissions
- Coordination with project and delivery teams
- Attendance at design meetings
Requirements
- Mechanical Building Services Design experience
- Commercial fit-out project experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
- Experience using industry standard design software
- Ability to work within fast-track project environments
