A leading M&E Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee delivery on a major project based in Feltham, TW12. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and fit out projects across London and the South East.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the electrical package on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standard.
The Role
- Managing electrical subcontractors and direct labour on site
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
- Coordinating with the Project Manager, client and other trades
- Managing health & safety and ensuring site compliance
- Monitoring quality control and ensuring installations meet specifications
- Attending site meetings and producing progress updates
- Supporting commissioning and handover stages
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an Electrical Site Manager
- Strong background delivering commercial or fit out M&E projects
- Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme on site
- SSSTS or SMSTS required
- ECS/CSCS Card essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
