Revit Coordinator Location: Kent – Hybrid Working Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Package Sector: MEP Design Consultancy Employment: Permanent About the Role An established and growing MEP Design Consultancy is looking for an experienced Revit Coordinator to join their team in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Revit professional to join a forward-thinking consultancy, working on a variety of exciting commercial, residential and building services projects. The role offers hybrid working, providing a great balance between office collaboration and flexibility from home. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate MEP services using Revit and BIM software. * Produce and manage accurate 3D MEP models and drawings. * Coordinate mechanical and electrical services across multiple disciplines. * Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues. * Work closely with MEP engineers, designers and project managers. * Attend design and coordination meetings where required. * Ensure drawings and models meet project standards and specifications. * Assist with BIM coordination and model management throughout the project lifecycle. * Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across all deliverables. About You The ideal candidate will have: * Previous experience as a Revit Coordinator, BIM Coordinator, Revit Technician or MEP Revit Technician. * Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP. * Experience within an MEP design consultancy or building services environment. * Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services. * Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and MEP designs. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. * The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary design team.
