Exciting Opportunity: Senior Charter Broker β Private Jets
Location: Crawley (Onsite/1-2 Days WFH)
Salary: Competitive β Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through cold/warm calls, networking, Linked In outreach, email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings (UK and abroad).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring all client interactions and details are thoroughly documented.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
- Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, airline partners, and suppliers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee charter quotations, carefully assessing client needs to recommend the most suitable aircraft and solutions.
- Coordinate and manage charter flight bookings from initial enquiry through to completion, including all pre-flight arrangements such as handling, catering, and ground transport.
- Ensure timely dispatch of client contracts, invoices, and trip documents, and upload all relevant data into the CRM system.
- Review and verify airline documentation (e.g. AOC, insurance, contracts, Argus & Wyvern reports) to mitigate risk and ensure compliance (training provided).
- Monitor aircraft movement and proactively communicate status updates to clients, troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues as they arise.
- Follow the company\βs sales SOPs, including maintaining call and activity levels.
- Represent the company at global meetings, networking events, and client site visits as required.
- Contribute to team success by mentoring junior brokers, sharing insights, and supporting colleagues with best practices and guidance.
- Take part in ad hoc projects and company events as delegated by management.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in private aircraft charter brokerage (essential).
- Strong passion for aviation and delivering premium client experiences.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Composed and optimistic under pressure, with a solution-focused mindset.
- Determined, persistent, and results-driven, especially in high-stakes scenarios.
- Willing and able to adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client and business needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and international teams.
- Open to feedback and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional language skills are an advantage, though not essential.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
